CPR ka Full Form Kya Hai?
CPR ka full form Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation hai. Cardio means है “heart” और pulmonary means है “related to lungs”. Resuscitation एक medical word है जिसका meaning है “to revive”.
CPR एक life-saving technique है जिसका use heart attack or cardiac arrest जैसी medical emergencies में किया जाता है.
Heart condition, drowning, electric shock, suffocation आदि के कारण cardiac arrest हो सकती है.
यह technique chest compression mouth-to-mouth rescue breathing का एक combination है.
ये treatment available होने तक heart and brain को blood circulation को restore करने में help करता है; यह tissue death and brain damage को delay करता है.
जो लोग emergencies situations handle करते हैं जैसेकि lifeguards, doctors, firefighters, rescuers, उन्हें CPR provide करने में trained किया जाता है.

यह CPR easy and effective बनाता है because यह sternum के effective compression की allow करता है. Mattress like soft surface पर CPR less effective होता है.
इसके अतिरिक्त, chest compression देने वाले person को enough high position में रखा जाना चाहिए ताकि वह chest को properly compress कर सके.
